Abstract

We briefly overview applications of digital holographic microscopy (DHM) for realtime non-invasive three dimensional sensing, tracking, and recognition of living microorganisms such as single/multiple cell organisms, bacteria, etc. Analytical frameworks and experimental results are presented.
