Real-time automated identification of biological microorganisms using coherent 3D optical imaging

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingConference contributionpeer-review

Abstract

We present an overview of approaches for automatically identifying biological microorganisms without bio-chemical/molecular processing. These methods are based on 3D optical coherent imaging interfaced with computers to perform specially developed recognition algorithms.
