Abstract

The optical and magnetic properties of laser-deposited semiconducting Zn1-xCoxO thin films were discussed. The field-cooled (FC) and zero-field-cooled (ZFC) magnetizations for Zn1-xCoxO (x = 0.2, 0.25) films in various magnetic fields were elaborated. The analysis showed that the temperature at which FC and ZFC magnetizations merge increased with decreasing magnetic fields.
