Abstract
The permeability spectra has been measured in as-quenched (co0.94Fe0.06)72.5Si12.5 B15 amorphous wire as a function of dc-biased current, Ib. Two relaxations of permeability spectra are revealed in 4 and 52 kHz regions, indicating that different magnetization mechanisms are involved in each frequency region. As the dc-biased current Ib increases, the value of spectra curve at 52 kHz monotonously decreases due to the decrease of core domains by Ib. However, the value of the spectra curve at 4 kHz increases with Ib up to 4.25 mA and then decreases with further increasing Ib.
