Abstract

Magnetic, transport and specific heat measurements were carried out in Yb₄As_2.7Sb_0.3 between 4.2 and 300 K. Contrary to our expectations this sample showed enhanced heavy fermion behavior compared to Yb₄As₃, and the carrier concentration remained extremely low.
