Abstract

The optical reflectivity was measured in the single crystal of CeBi at 300K and 10K. The absorption due to the Kondo peak was observed around 6meV at low temperature and that of the f-d transition was observed in the infrared region at both temperature. Virtual excitons with a certain space extention are considered.
