Abstract

We demonstrate a highly sensitive hybrid photodetector based on graphene-CsPbBr_3-xI_x perovskite nanocrystals. This hybrid photodetector exhibits a high photo-responsivity of ∼10⁸ A W^-1 and detectivity of ∼10¹⁶ jones at an irradiance power of 0.07 μW cm^-2 under 405 nm illumination.
