Abstract
This work proposes a design and predicts properties of an F1/S/I/F2 system whose exchange-coupling energy is controlled by an applied bias voltage. In this system, it is possible to switch or rotate the magnetization direction by application of a bias voltage without the presence of an external magnetic field.
