Abstract

A report on the analysis of giant magnetoresistance (GMR) profiles in dual spin valve structure was presented using triple domain model. The damping field due to viscosity effect increased with decreasing temperature. Enhanced GMR ratio was explained in terms of the specular scattering of conduction electron at metal/insulator interface of top and bottom surfaces.
