Abstract
The AC characteristics of planar Hall resistance (PHR) effect have been investigated in NiO(30 nm)/NiFe(30 nm), as a function of the phase difference φ between sensing current and magnetic field of sine function. The PHR voltage, V is given by the product of sensing current I and Hall resistance RH, where the RH is a function of magnetic field. The V has a same phase as that of both sensing current and magnetic field, and the V changes as a function of phase φ with the period of 360°.
